MaskRCNN-EfficientNetB2B fails with OoM on iGPU

1. Install Geti (2.13.0 in my case) on a desktop with ARL (32 GB of RAM)
2. Import a segmentation project, start the MaskRCNN-EfficientNetB2B training

Training fails. I can see that the training pod reports OOMKilled. It is related to #1402 because this OoM occurs during the 10 minutes mentioned there. The complete training log attached.
