Assignement of Intel gpu device during installation

Right now, the installer calls: clinfo|grep "Device Name"|grep Intel and based on the output assigns gpu.intel.com/i915 or gpu.intel.com/xe as the device the training should be executed on. It is not ideal because it assigns i915 for ARC Alchemist cards, and xe for all the others, while it may happen (e.g. for iGPU on ARL) that the GPU is served by the i915 driver. To solve it, I am proposing to change this logic to:

• once intel device plugin is installed, check which device(s) is/are present on the node,
• set this found device as accelerator_name in the accelerator-configuration CM,
• if both xe and i915 devices are present on the node, set xe in the CM.
