Automatic tiling caused a drop in performance of small objects.

📋 Steps to reproduce (if applicable)

  1. Train DFine with tiling OFF
  2. import the same dataset to a different project with automatic tiling ON

💻 Expected behavior

Expectation that tiling would be better at small objects...

Tiling ON (auto) - project score 93 - f-measure bird = 0.86
