projects_names endpoint called for every workspace on list

1. Create several worspaces
2. Go to Account / Workspaces
3. Observe the request send by the brwoser

The endpoint projects_names is called for each workspaces on the list. It is called to disable the option to delete a workspace in case it has projects inside. It is not a good practice and should be avoided. With potentially dozens of workspaces, we are putting too much stress on the server.
