Within this issue - please find a replacement for the bitnamilegacy/kafka:3.7.0-debian-12-r2 - as this image is no longer supported and updated (see #1012 (closed)). Try to find any official image with the same functionality which is still maintained and released regularly and frequently.

Replacement should be also done for bitnami charts, and in this case we should replace kafka-provisioning chart too.

🎯 Objective

The goal of this feature is to use secure and up to date image of kafka used by the platform.
